2nd Day unable to play STO

Getting no help from Cryptic on this.
Game Crashes before loading into Character select screens.
Safe mode does not fix it. DX9 Command line does not fix it. Full Scan does not fix, deleting the config file (ala Support FA) does not work.
Nothing is getting the game to launch what so ever.

crashes driver during the cryptic load. Full reload of the game and still the same problem.
Please Help!
Maximize the window once you are in game, be sure to de-maximize the window before logging off.
I have tried all the FAQ's and even back logged my Video drivers. and reinstalled DX. Nothing at all is working.
Put it this way, I work with computers all the time, I've been able to fix and get STO running for years. This is the only "two" patches now that have totally killed STO.

I have uninstalled ARC and STO, and installing STO through steam on my 3rd SSD.
If that doesn't work, then its the high-powers telling me I need to do something else after work. STO has been the most expensive game in my life. I'd hate to see how much money in total I've spent on it. It sucks that I can't even play it.
On the Launcher, click Options on the top right corner, scroll down to the very bottom and hit the "Safe Mode" tick. You won't have any fancy graphics and you'll have to resize your window every time you do so, but it works.

It's great that cryptic is doing something like the inspired accolade and responding quickly but...some of this could be avoided and they've still to change this impression I have that when cryptic patches, start worrying because what they do have this idea of seeing what they can break.
Dont get me wrong I expect the odd issue but some stuff is impossible to miss though I read the devs place of tsting and holodeck are two different things so....yeah okay. The incentives for testing...meh didn't really need then but they were nice. It just felt like all the effort of testing fell on deaf ears so it was more a case of how to work around them or avoid them.
Lets hope. Its a bit frustrating because I don't see any error listed. Just a message that my cryptic application as crashed on a GUI to send an error report.
I uninstalled ARC, and STO then Downloaded STO through STEAM (this is on my 3rd SSD) game worked just fine, been able to run my R&D after 2 days of no play. No crashes as of yet.
Hopefully, hopefully it doesn't break something else, since returning to STO I have had few issues.
Until the season prepatch, then the lag started, now although I can get into the game it's CTD every other thing I do, this also resets my graphics settings ingame.
Because I have heard it before, no it isn't drivers, settings, ISP, or anything else on my end, I have checked it all.
This system is a racehorse for STO, and plays anything else without lag worth mentioning or any other issues whatsoever.
04/21/2015 was the "CTD" update.
Lol mate the game is unplayable laggy for me for like 6 month now and you cry about two days lol
Even in safe mode I still get knocked out of the game as soon as I begin loading a character. I don't really have any ideas left as what to do.
