Account Bank Rifled

Does anyone else have things missing from their account bank? Mine was almost full of stuff and now most of it is gone. In addition, I now have 14 Xindi-Amphibious Lockboxes and no other lockboxes in my Account Bank. I'm pretty sure I had a variety of types of Lockboxes in my Account Bank.

Is this a bug or what?

Where's my stuff???

    I thought stuff was missing from my bank too. Until I took a closer look and found that the items are there, but just blacked out.

    They're not there and blacked out. They're not there at all.

    It's a known issue and currently being worked on...
    The entitlement is strong in these forums...

    from last release notes : Known Issues:

    Some items are missing in a player’s Account Bank, Fleet Bank, Exchange, and Mail.
    There is a fix currently being worked on for this and no items will be permanently lost.

    When I think about everything we've been through together,

    maybe it's not the destination that matters, maybe it's the journey,

     and if that journey takes a little longer,

    so we can do something we all believe in,

     I can't think of any place I'd rather be or any people I'd rather be with.

    Won't it?! I'm still missing an Epic Mk XIV [CtrD]x3 Phaser DHC. :(
