Cant log on

Like title says I cant log on i get to the first log screen the bar moves and the game crashes...i tried force verifing uninstalling and reinstalling need some help here....Also I have tried via arc and via steam same result

    having the same thing passes the first bar then crashes

    I was having it, reboot your PC and try again. Worked for me.

    nope done that like eight times...on my 4th reinstall

    A couple are reporting problems logging in due to graphics card problems.

    A couple of things that have helped people in the past are:
    * Ensure you've downloaded the most up to date drivers for graphics card
    * In the launcher under options, select safe mode and change the DirectX version to 9

    Please post back with what you try and the results they provide.

    can't even get to the character select screen. It give by a device hung error. What...
