Security Officer on Earth Spacedock?

I don't know if this is the right area to post this but it's about Earth Spacedock so I guess it kind of fits. anyway sorry if it's the wrong spot.

Ok so my question is - where the TRIBBLE is the Security Officer that gives you the 'Assignment: Transfer Prisoners to Starfleet Command' in the new Earth Spacedock redesign?? I knew where she was in the old Earth Spacedock coz I used to do/get the giving contraband assignment from her but I can't find her at all in the redesign. anyone got any ideas???

    Stand outside Quinn's office facing out the window. Now walk down the steps and as far right and forward as you can go.

    It's a Caitian by a console right in the corner.
