Add a Reward for Delta Recruits reaching lvl 60

That's basically it.
The rewards are nice and I've been putting quite some time into my new Delta Recruit toon.
I might not be able to run all episodes to get the last two big rewards, but I could reach lvl 60 before the start of Season 10 next week.

I also think it is kind of odd that we don't already have a reward for reaching lvl. 60 included in the whole shebangabang.

    You get 9 spec points with only having to grind level 60 once.

    After 60 you have to grind level 60 for every spec point.
    This is my Risian Corvette. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

    I don't see why particularly, since the Delta Recruit is pratically a limited-time run event type of thing
    Was named Trek17.

    Been playing STO since Open Beta, and have never regarded anything as worse than 'meh', if only due to personal standards.

    When your toon get to meet your future self... Your future self is level 60..

    Should have NOT had the player going back in time. Players shouldn't have done that until hitting 60.

    Very much disconnected me from the story. Could have made a bit of a production out of it.

    If you talk to your futures self a 60, then you should NOT go talk to your past self until you are 60.

    It's really my only beef with the Delta Recruit system they came up with.

    The future self we met initially was from the alternate timeline where we unlocked 2.5x XP and where you didn't roll a character until week 2 of the event. ;-)
