    He is actually from one of the Temporal Cold War factions that just wore the wrong uniform. It actually happens more often than you would think. Although, most of the time those embarrassments are usually from before the 20th Century like wearing 1880s Victorian outfits in the 1850s.

    Good catch. Now if I can get my TOS engineering team to stop crawling around the filthy Jeffries tubes in their dress uniforms, in my T-1 connie.....:)

    I just want to take this opportunity to applaud someone for having a character called Delta D'an, assuming that's a reference to the song of a very similar-sounding name.
