Game revamp after season 10

Will we see a game revamp after season 10? please developers, take your time, we don't need weekly updates with more and more content, the game needs to take a break away from new content, and instead we need a full revamp of old, outdated and unfinished stuff, along with bugfixes and stability updates.
Crafting and upgrading are unfinished, we still can't upgrade profession kit and their mods, we still can't craft them, and we still cannot pick what [Mod] we want for our items, we need less randomness, we need a rarity upgrade instead of having random chance.
Many episode arcs need a serious revamp, the cardassian arc (and DS9's interior), and the second part of the romulan arc (you cannot use the AR-116 or Zefram's shotgun in Colosseum, also that episode is a walking simulator)
The captain skill tree needs a big revamp, it's really outdated.
Many unique bridge officers cannot be customized, despite their species having the capabilities to be customized, we've seen different breen, voth or jem'hadar in game, yet we still can't customize ours, they can't equip kits, which prevents them from getting certain set bonuses, their AI is pretty stupid, they don't take aim or roll away from danger they only crouch under the effects of "take cover", also, it would be nice being able to swap control between your captain and boffs at will for a more tactical gameplay.
Captains still don't have a voice over in cutscenes, you don't need to hire 40 different voice actors, just a couple of them and add some in game voice editor, like Saints row IV, you could customize your own voice, you might even get some volunteers to record voices for free here in the community, who wouldn't love a chance to get their voice in game?
Spanish translation, hello! second most spoken language by native speakers and third most spoken language in the world here, it would only take a couple of days to translate all text in game to spanish.
Many species are in need of a visual revamp, like caitians,, liberated borgs are still missing many customization options, including more liberated species, which again, exist in game but not in the character editor.
The duty officer mission system needs a revamp and better filtering options.
Exchange needs better filtering options and may fixes, most of the time when I try to filter by rarity or rank it doesn't work, many bridge officers no longer show their skills when you are trying to purchase them, and a long etc.
The injury system is really outdated, it need to be revamped or removed, since right now it's pretty pointless.
Qo'nos needs a rebuild much like the one ESD had after the undine attack, same goes for the klingon academy.
Romulans are still missing many features like a proper academy in new romulus, more species (sulivans sound like a good candidate), a way to execute Tovan Khev, etc.
Some Zen store stuff need updates, like boosts.
We need a way to reclaim unique mission rewards, like the borg torpedo.
Any more suggestions or stuff I might have missed?

Been playing STO since Open Beta, and have never regarded anything as worse than 'meh', if only due to personal standards.
The idea is good but how it would be implemented would cost money, a lot because of the voice acting as well as a complete and total conversion and spell check of all words available. The other issue is that once one native language gets it, another will crop up and another and another and another and so forth and eventually it becomes far to costly even for a money leeching F2P MMO now if this was a AAA game then it lightly wouldn't be a problem as the funding would be in the millions even perhaps 100s of millions depending on the publisher/developer.
You really need to consider the financial issue of it all.
Personally I think they should keep rolling out content but build a new engine you know from scratch something far more stable and less cartoonish a bit more real but not so real that low end PC's can't run it. That way, as they roll out new content it will be compatible with the new engine and will be able to render the same textures but with better filtering more vibrance (less cartoony) and far more immersive.
Again though the cost of it all would probably ridiculous;
In fact I would love for cryptic to become part of bioware and work from there I don't agree with a lot of things bio have done but making terrible games is not one of them (no matter what you thought of ME3's ending) and that would probably solve any money woes due to EA's fat cat wallet, however i am sort of skeptical of my own Idea as EAs known for killing of games that have potential. With the last 2 C&C's of course both were TRIBBLE, brought one, alpha tested the other utter TRIBBLE. for once I agree with EA lol.. (I know its heresy
Same as the old bridge officer system, or the first part of the romulan arc, or the undine and borg arcs, the upcoming sector space revamp, the old ESD, the many STF removed, all petty stuff that was not broken, does it need to be broken for it to need a revamp? does it need to be huge to get a revamp?
You truly know your in the asian market style forums when you can't actively petition for something to be fixed in a game. lool.
Seems like you've made a list of many things the devs already have on their "to do" list. I'd suggest patience.
If memory serves, the last time they messed with the Duty officer system/UI, the forums were full of complaints, not to mention cryptic managed to break it for around three weeks for some of us. We were also told that when the new crafting system was released that it was still unfinished, and that it would take some time to finally finish it. Personally I'd rather them take their time and get it right to avoid a repeat of the issues that have plagued the system up to now. I.E. Missing or broken mods, lesser stats being applied to a supposed upgrade/higher quality item.
Considering how many of the old story arc's have been revamped already, I think it's only a matter of time before the others are brought into the fold. Some of the other things the OP is asking for, I'd like to see, but only if the team had some free time on their hands. But again, I'd place other issues such as bug fixes in a higher priority, but that's just my personal opinion.

crushing petitions that they don't like, pfft why is every forum owner for a game such a ........*uses words not polite enough for the forum*.
I wasn't speaking about voice acting, just text, I could probably translate the game in a couple of weeks if I get the raw text, a team of professional translators could do it in a couple of days, the game got german and french translation and spanish has more speakers than both languages combined.
I'm Spanish, and like most spaniards, we are taught english as a mandatory second language until we are 18, so most people here can understand english, but not every spanish speaker can.
Fixed, now it's a question instead of a petition.

well the way I understand it germany and france make sense because of the concentration of trek fans, germany has a massive following. I dont know about your country though, does star trek have a large following there or?
if so then they'll probably do it if there is enough demand.

like the person who wants to make the petition contacts the mods... the mods track the thread and lock the thread and sticky it when the post is made that way nobody can post on it and troll with it.

eh I dont get all the hate for origin, ive been using it for well since it came out ive had no problems what so ever. no joke, never had download problems or login problems or random disconnects or anything.
works fairly smooth with Battlefield, ME, DA and others.
I won't allow it on my computer, and I won't give EA a single further penny of support--and my reasons for that stance are both various and non-negotiable. That's my choice.

There are so many Things broken missing or gone or don't work it would drive me mad listing them here in forum its Ridiculous .... I've been playing since season 2 since season 3 , I have 2 klingon customization slots for outfits that work 4 that they said they were fixing years ago and nothing still ?
Half the time in game assignment chains are always broke or never spawn new next assignment for months ... is that broke ?
The death of a fully functional Pvp in game dying each patch for last 2 years isn't in need of fixing haha ... I will leave with my mind intact to there crazy non never fix anything in the past for it brings no help to game hahahahaha
Crafting is unfinished as stated by developers themselves, I pointed out several stuff that was unfinished and other people pointed out several broken things (like items dowgrading their stats while increasing rarity).
Cradassian and the second part of the romulan arc are terrible, there were many complains about them, specially after delta recruitment since people had to play the cardassian arc to get stuff, I counted 5 threads in 2 weeks.
A lot of people complained about unique bridge officers being outdated, today someone created a thread about it, and I saw several more in the past months.
A voice for the captain, saw a couple of thread about it, one of them is barely a week old.
visual revamp for caitians, this was heavily discussed after the duty officer contest, I think one of the thread reached more than 20 pages, and there has been several complains about missing options and cosmetics from the character creator.
The duty officer mission system is quite outdated, and many missions are broken, many other reward outdated stuff, and you need to check 9 different tabs to see all available missions, 10 if you count clusters, the replicator doesn't work with those tabs either, opening the replicator closes a tab, which is annoying since you need to replicate stuff for most missions, some missions overlap, meaning they can be found in several tabs, which makes it even more annoying if you are looking for something specific, there is also no filtering or indexation.
The exchange is broken, just plain broken, many items don't appear in the list, filtering options don't work most of the time, there are missing filtering options for new stuff.
Injury system is outdated, it made sense years ago, now you get healed for free, you can buy regenerators and components, it just sucks space from your inventory, it no longer makes sense, and I'm not the first one to call for its removal either.
Romuans are missing tons of features, there have been dozens of threads complaining about it.
Don't confuse revamping with re-building.
