Delta Recruits - Reward System - get stuck

To unlock ALL Delta Recuit Rewards I had to create 4 Characters

Romulan - Federation
Romulan - Klingon
Pure - Federation
Pure - Klingon

Not yet unlocked

- Story Arc Completed - Romulan Mystery (All Factions)
- Story Arc Completed - Dominion Domination (Klingon)
- Story Arc Completed - Vigilance (Klingon)

4 Days ago, i completed the "Complete Half of Klingon Story Arcs" and
clicked "CLAIM" that was a BIG MISTAKE

--> I BROKE THE CLAIMING SYSTEM,

--> REASON, because i already had the reward claimed on the other Delta Recuit

---> Now the Account of the Klingon tries to Claim it NON-STOP - that blocks the me from unlocking and claiming

- Story Arc Completed - Dominion Domination (Klingon)
- Story Arc Completed - Vigilance (Klingon)

but i already have both accolades, and i could claim it but it does NOT work
all the the work i invested was invaine

Error Message every few 10 seconds

[GroupProjectCollectionFeedback] Failed to collect rewards for "Complete Half of Klingon Story Arcs".
Make sure that you have room in your inventory.

(inventory completly empty)

    Someone already posted about that in the bug report section of the forum.... so you're definitely not the only one...

    You're not the only one to run into this problem, there are several posts in the bugs section. I actually ended up re-rolling my KDF DR because of it, then made the same mistake on my Reman DR. Made a bug report on both, ID #3.369.858, though the ticket does not show up when I look at my tickets.

    And the problem seems to be with the Temporal Insight Trait, which is the reward for completing half the story arcs. Once you unlock it with one DR you can claim it as soon as you hit level 10 on any other character, including other DR's. As a result, when you try to claim the reward for completing half the arc on another DR it gets stuck because it sees you already have it.

    Which then prevents you from claiming any other rewards, which in turn will prevent you from claiming the Story Arc rewards on your non-DR characters.

    Just curious ... why 4 ... Rom/KDF & Rom/FED have the same Story Arcs ...
    Patch Notes : Resolved an Issue, where people would accidently experience Fun.
