Problems with "Bringing down the House" and no new ship for Lt. Cdr

I was playing "Bringing down the House" and i went to Forcas, beamed down, discovered that it was the House of Torg that had connections to the Tal Shiar and then K'Mtar told me to beam up to my ship again. But as i did that i had no other opion available than to replay the whole Forcas part. Three times now.
What did i do wrong?
And why is the ship token not bound to promotion? I´m Lvl 16 now and didn´t get a new shipp token (because of the Extra XP?) so i think i can skip the K'Tanco and go from B'rel to K'Tinga

Which is why, if I'm starting a new Rom or KDF character, I start playing before the event in order to get them to the missions that grant the T2 ships. Otherwise it's just a pain in the rear waiting until (sometimes) lvl 20+ to get the T2 ship. Which at that point yeah, you end up skipping it entirely and getting a T3.
Been like this for years, people keep complaining and nothing is done to resolve it. *shrug*

A bit unusual or not? As a fed i get a new ship at Lvl 10 but as a Klingon i could already be Lvl 30 or higher (with extra XP and Doffing)
So when do i get my second ship Token? at Lvl 20 as usual?
And there is still the Problem with "Bringing down the House". I had to replay the first Forcas part several times, always until we discovered the Disruptor in the room belonging to the House of Torg and killing the Klingons that beamed in. After that i had to beam up but couldn´t continue. I had to replay it.
Teamed up with another Player: We had to do the Space Part of Forcas again but as we beamed down we got right to the Bat'leth Contest (i didn´t even get an option to do that alone)
After the contest i thought i was finished but i wasn´t: We disbanded the Team and i had to do the whloe ground mission again
Could it have something to do with the fact that Tarsen attacked us the other times and K'mtar or i shot him, killing him?
You won't get any tokens until you get the mission that grants you the first token, unfortunately. I found that out the hard way and it a lesson I won't forget easily. Without finishing Test of Mettle, you're character doesn't get tagged (in the coding) to be allowed ANY tier ship upgrades. Once that mission is completed, every ship token is granted in order from then on.
I personally just got a couple of farmer alts, one KDF and one Rom past their 'T2 ship granting' missions earlier this week. They were lvl 40+ and I ended up getting 4 upgrade missions, back to back.
As for your problem with the mission, there may be a "share mission" option you may need to enable so that when you're teamed it'll ask if you want to complete the mission as well. Been forever since I teamed outside of the queues so I could be way off base.

This is one of the problems with playing KDF and your going to see a bit of it.
Please be aware that right now you are getting twice normal experience due to results of the first week of delta recruiting.
I just made level 50 last night on a KDF toon (40 levels.. in one day damd!) and I had to spend and hour cleaning the TRIBBLE out of inventory.. Some of BOFF's were still running around in My IV gear! (My away team BOFFS.. I must be both good, and lucky!)
Unless you hae some C-store ships tucked away KDF side your going to deal with this all the way to rank 40. Your going to feel under gunned. You won't be, but its still going to FEEL like it.
.......... who knows, maybe if sufficient players go through the KDF arc of mission and display a bit of discontent over it all.. good mission, not nearly sufficient of them.. maybe, just maybe Cryptic studio's will finally at long last CLUE IN.. that its way over due to finish fleshing out the faction.
I truly want players that normally play fed to get over here and do some self tooth yanking as kdf. Maybe between the never played KDF before players, and the old guard... we can at long GET IT COMMUNICATED, that it time to at long bloody last to get this mess fixed.
And it's better then it was a couple years ago. And yes, KDF mission typically offer more XP reward then comparable Fed missions, because there are quite simply way less of them.
If you push a little you should hit the Dominion arc about the time you hit 50...Without the XP bonus you'ld be hitting it at 40.. Spend some time at 50 moving gear thats not bound to your KDF..
PLAN AHEAD.. You have to.. with less missions, that means less drops and rewards. Getting sufficient gear is a bear levelling up.. Fed and RR toons, no issues... KDF toons.. issues.

Just FYI:
On a new Rom toon, you'll lvl to 10 after you speak with D'Tan and beam up to your ship.
Then, you can beam back to the Flotilla and get the T2 Dhael (Zen ship).
You can use Mk IV gear at that time, too.
EDIT: Buying the LoR Starter Pack is one of the best investments you'll make.

Yup, this is the solution for XP events.
The problem is bonus XP events, they make you advance faster than the story arc does. So people that aren't in the know think its a glitch.
I've gotten most of the zen store options. and just claim the ship, I no not everyone likes to spend money. but it gets me what I need to procede
Since DR started, I've seen a number of players with UFP avatars posting suggestions for the KDF as well as issues with levelling. Both of which, I take as a good sign. I myself have been seeing things I missed when first I played through the KDF many moons ago, such as:
During "Destiny," after you talk to Worf and beam up to your ship he tells you "Fight with honor!"
Then, again while you're in orbit over Quo'noS and upon warping to the next map (to encounter the Breen) you can hear Worf tell you "Fight with honor!" (despite his being planetside still, while you are in space).
Still, not a major issue, but a definite "WTF" moment that is entirely immersion breaking.
The KDF missions are great, still not enough of them, and those we do have tend to have issues that need resolved.
P.S. Grats on 50 in a day! That is some POWER levelling! Qapla'!
I also found it amusing my Gorn was able to have a snooze standing up during the Great Hall part.
I think I had to asccend up to it. But I did come in from below the asteroids. Scanners are your friend in cases like that.

It was during a double XP event so I had the same problem. If your alt isn't twinked with crafted or hand-me-down gear you might find yourself blowing up a bit in a T1 ship fighting level 20-30 enemies.
This month I had it with my Romulan-KDF engineer since the promotion missions seem to be tied to story missions not levels there too.
Luckily I had the Anniversary event ship and the Nausican destroyer (source of the plasmonic leech) so I could just use those.
Some year Cryptic needs to fix KDF and Rom ship missions to be tied to level not story, or at least show some text explaining the situation.
Right now, the Feds have 11 more missions than KDF, and Roms have 6 more. Roms really only have 3 more actual missions, though, with the other 3 being "Go talk to this person" missions that have no mobs to defeat, no gear reward and token skill point rewards, like 700 skill points each. It's likely that any revamp of the Cardassian missions prior to the 2800 FE series will make that set of missions the same for all factions, and remove 7 missions from the Feds' lead bringing them 4 over the KDF and 1 actual mission over the Roms. The discrepancy is narrowing, and about to get very narrow, if my prediction about the Undine/True Way/Mirror Universe mishmash revamp hold true. Remember also, that all of those extra Fed missions right now are in the newly-revamped Romulan story and that awful slog of Cardassian missions.
