Very Rare Technicians (busted)

I have finished all my Commendation assignments up to Rank 4.

I go speak to Star fleet Academy to get a free Very rare technician (reduces cd on boff abilities) and I can get one and more technicians same spot for 10.2k dilithium ...... i was going for VR rank 4 at this time. So i buy 1 :)

Now I go to Romulus and there is NO Technicians or Romulan doffs for rewards of Commendation assignment Tier 1-4 rewards ??? ... i was going for VR rank 4 at this time.

Then onto Qonos Academy for my Tier 4 Commendation assignment Tier 4 awards from Lieutenant S'stas .... you can't get any green or very rare or rare technician from Qonos Rank 4 assignment rewards ....

This is so broken and nobody notices or cares if Starfleet gets handed candy for doffs and other 2 factions get coal ???

Notice it what it says Under Engineering : (No)Technician x 1 for Kdf

Now for Starfleet Academy Ferra commendation officer rewards :

Notice the technician x1 reward ? Yep there it is ..... and its an Engineer reward not an Operations reward like for the Romulan's or Kdf

Wow thats amazing RIPOFF since kdf on exchange for technicians are around 15 million ec's or more on exchange , that is double the cost for federation Technicians ??

The officer named Shegit VR rank 4 Commendation rewards for Romulan commendation officer on Romula's , is a Transporter officer which is an Operations commendation reward not Engineering ???

Sto : YES has bad doff in wrong spot for rewards Bigtime ???

Now for S'stas rank 4 rewards for Engineering on my kdf : Shegit operations reward rank 4 Vr is same as Romulan reward ...

It is a Operations reward for an Engineering reward rank 4 master TRIBBLE up and its so obviously a major failure to be able to put Technicians as rewards for commendation rewards on all factions engineering not Starfleet alone ??

PLEASE FIX the Technician REWARDS for us KDF and Romulans , and remove operations reward transporter officer !!!!

    last time I checked romulans had exacly same doffs available in said store as the chosen ally

    so fed-aligned romulan have fed stock of doffs and kdf-aligned have same as klingons....

    I have been finding Purple Technician DOFFs by critting the "Support Colonization Efforts in B'Tran Cluster".

    The tractor beam DOFFs are useful for Marauding or Raiding type DOFF assignments.

    Romulans are not a real faction. if you look at the doffs you get as rewards... they all have either the fed or kdf icons on em.

    To be perfectly honest OP, it's easier to get 3 crits from the b'tran colonization effort than it is to get t4 in any category aside from marauding (because that school is sooo good. Easy dilithium/ec). While I agree that there should be parity between the doff rewards your best bet is to just do the b'tran cluster until your eyes bleed.

    Actually, Military and engineering are a lot faster to level than marauding. As long as you use the right, but very common, missions.

    I have been doing b'tran on and off for 3 years even when broken and no assignments were popping up for it.
    I use all VR doffs for renown ...

    I have been awarded 12 blue technicians no VR no Green on 1 toon , on my other Kdf toon same faction has 8 blue technicians .... maybe i need to do B'tran haha ... i would rather pay the 10.2 k for each like feds do and be done in 2 minutes !!

    I have bought over 70 green colonists for that chain and other stuff for years and travel back and forth like good lil trekker no VERY RARE ?

    I really do appreciate the help and information posted here but it hasn't worked for me yet ? they are bleeding bad but i will keep trying B'tran

    Thank you for the proof they exist i will keep trying B'tran but after like 30 attempts at renown i was beginning to believe there were no Vr technicians .... thank you

    My understanding of doff rewards via commendations, is that it is random what doffs are available and, not always factual!

    In other words, what was offered to one of my captains, isn't always offered the exact same to another!

    But, I am not 100% on this, as this just seems to be my observation!

    I had 4 of my Starfleet friends and also my 3 Starfleet toons go to commendation assignment officer and All of them had green, rare, very rare technicians available on the Stasrfleet toons all to get ....

    Went on my 3 klingon and 3 roman toons , I went to 2 different Kdf commendation assignment officers also brought 2 of my friends to see if it was same for them.

    All romulan/kdf not 1 out of 8 kdf toons had not 1 very rare single technician but there were a few greens and 2 blues to get from commendation officer S'stas and other on Romulan officer ....

    So if the officers awarded for all assignment commendations are random they are not giving out any kdf technicians 100% not available .... took awhile to examine all of this for everyone ... I think it is in need of adjusting
