I've seen [Rapid] on a DC, rarely, but have yet to see one with [Arc]. Can DCs have the [Arc] mod and if so, has anyone been able to create Dual Cannons with [Acc] [Arc] [Dmg] & [Rapid] modifiers 
I ask cause I want to craft 4 Phased Dual Cannons Mk XII [Acc] [Arc] [Dmg] [Rapid] to emulate my Tempest's Tailgun's mods. Its personal preference and also I'm prepping for the off-chance that they allow the tailgun to be purchasable through the Dil store just like they did with the Galor and Kumari weapons
But if its not possible to have the [Arc] no point in even starting, lest I waste time farming (or EC buying) the materials only to find out its not possible :eek:
