Account Server Login Issues

We are aware of the issues players are facing. Our engineering teams are jumping in to help! Our engineering teams are investigating, poking, and prodding the server as we speak!

If you're experiencing issues with logging in, there are multiple ways to help our engineering team get to the bottom of the issues you're currently facing! Posting tracerts as well as your public IP helps our networking teams get data on issues that you're facing

Not sure how to do a tracert as well as find out your public IP? Learn more here.

What is a tracert? Trace route. It's a way for you to visually track the progress of packets that travel across the Wide Area Network (WAN) to hopefully identify any connectivity issues.

How do I run a tracert? Go to Start -> Run and enter CMD to bring up a command prompt. Once there, enter this command:

tracert patchserver.crypticstudios.com


What's my public IP? Click here to find out yours.

    Is this because the patch came on Tuesday not Thursday and someone forgot to feed the hamsters/tribbles?

    Problem found!!!

    The United Hamster Local #1 has filed a grievance against the use of tribbles in the power generation system that is supposed to be 100% (union) Hamster Powered.

    Until the situation is addressed, the hamsters will be doing... hamster-y things...

    well thx for news - now i know why I can't login to the game fro 20 minutes right now :)
    (aaand I checked forums 3 times to make sure if you have not posted such info yet)

    so now I can safely go do stuff with knowledge that its server saying what it thinks about the treatment its taking not some issue with my internet or sth :D

    The random timeouts and disconnects are something I never experienced here until a couple weeks ago, and they have been incredibly frustrating and discouraging--especially when I repeatedly get screwed out of completing Tour the Galaxy because it keeps dropping me while zoning.

    I am very happy to hear that the problem is being taken seriously.

    Seriously? AGAIN? How about PWE invests some of that damn Zen money into some server stability. Or testing. Or bug fixing.
