Two Ideas for T6 Iconinc upgrades

SO I see lots of talk on the T6 gal today, but thinking forward as I like to do, i wonder...if a T6 Akira could be built for a pilot seat, maybe make the class named the Yamoto. In the last Akira class ships we had a phaser point defense, and a photon point defense, and for the T6 a dual beam point defense, or a 10 second rapid reload (1 sec per) photon. I have no thoughts on bridge layout here, but for a starship trait, 2 sec after firing a torpedo a photon torpedo will fire from any angle at the target.

Second idea is a Moagi, but i only have a few ideas...like a hanger w/ a trait for the ship giving it an extra pet per launch

    I would much perfer a T6 Akira over the defiant. Either Pilot route, or Command with them making the HEC into, HECC ( Heavy Escort Command Carriers), Bring the Ar'kif in for a similiar upgrade, and give the KDF a T6 Vo'quv Command Carrier.

    I actually would not mind seeing them do three triple-packs with there being one for each faction, which each pack containing three individual ships that are linked to one of of the three specializations (pilot, intel, command). This would increase how many escorts there are for people to play while not making it a single ship or specialization in the pack. One reason i would go with this being a triple ship pack deal would be that all three of the ships are all basically made, just needing some augmentations to them, but largely a big part of the work is done on them.

    For the pilot hybrid ship i would go with the Patrol escort,. since its design reminds me very much of a more agile escort compared to others in the class. Though i could also see this being the Tactical escort (Defiant) with its design being in the same streamlined an agile look.

    FOr the command hybrid ship it would be the heavy carrier escort (Akira) with their use of both more torpedo/mine styles, and also their hangar-pet usage on some of them. Even just the heavier hulking look of the ship adds to this idea of a ship that acts as a support back-up ship in a squad of escorts.

    An then for the intel hybrid ship would be either the advanced tactical escort (Prometheus)or the tactical escort (Defiant though could go also for the pilot hybrid too.)

    The yamoto was a Galaxy class, the name doesn't make much sense tbh as most have been named after a similer type of ship.

    they could name it after a Japanise anime like the Akira was, something like Evengelion or something, seems more appropriate.

    The rapid reload torpedo sounds cool. A photon version of the omega torpedo, which has 5 "rounds" before reloading. Yes please!

    Truth be known, the Akira was a Japanese battle ship in the second world war as was the Yamoto.

    We're getting a T6 Defiant along with whatever they decide will be the Pilot Specialized ships.
