  lvl1 25 Physical and Kinetic dmg resist rating.
  lvl2 Reduces dooldown time on Singularity Power use by 15%, Increases Singularity Charge rate by 30%
  Lvl3 25 Energy and Radiation dmg Resist rating
  lvl 4 10% hull hp

  Most unfortunate. Especially since the In-Game store listing says it's the following:
  
  Tactical Warbird Mastery Package:
  Precise weapons systems
  Singularity circuitry
  Enhanced weapon systems
  Devestating weaponry
  
  Ohh well.

  Yeah I noticed this the other day...it's listed as having a Tac Warbird package but unfortunately it does carry a Engineering Warbird package.
