    Ooooooooooh wow.

Truth to be told, for the longest time I've been thinking of ways to bring Mirror Arkos back into the storyline. Unlike his Prime Universe counterpart, Mirror Arkos is a master of espionage, sabotage and manipulation. He's the sort of person who could engineer witch hunts and distrust within Starfleet ranks, or fiddle with information in ways that could cause tremendous damage to Starfleet. And to top it all off, he has a cold, malleable personality that allows him to play roles flawlessly.

Of course, if it was just Prime Arkos who was evil, then he would simply be a mad engineer with a hazy ethical code. Evil Meral would be a fascistic warmonger. And Evil Lynathru and Evil Ta'nara...well, how would anyone tell the difference?

Mirror Jim Harrigan, well he's feared by not only his crew but his enemies as well with a negotiation of if a planet does not surrender on the first time of asking, it's a troop landing and mass arrest of the population for "re-education"

Mirror characters? We're listing those now?

      Oh jeez.

Mirror Three is a polite, humble, pacifistic person who spends her days protesting unethical weapons merchants.

Mirror D'trel is a sadistic, racist psychopath who loves to torture and kill sentient creatures. Or any creatures, for that matter.

Mirror Omek'ti'kallan is a savage, violent killer whose belief system could best be described as "violent fundamentalist antitheist"--he believes that any form of belief system must be eradicated. Technically including his own.

Mirror Ta'kat is...basically the same. Some people never change.

Mirror Rachel Connor is an Imperial experimental weapon, conditioned to obey the Emperor's secret service utterly. She also takes a nasty glee at seeing her own people die.

So, basically, one person never changes, three polar opposites, and a stock "evil twin".

Unleashing a MACO-rated Romulan sniper is probably not a good idea... People had better stay away from the windows, open spaces, and unusual packages... :P

She's dead, she killed herself at the Academy after her 'date' with Bernardez, but went under the pseudonym T'Kaz (she was pretending to be Vulcan)...

      Forgot that bit. :(

now...what do you think that a mirror Lucas would be like? Would he be a sadistic creep, or an upstanding, ethical businessman?

I think most of my characters would just pull wings off of flies (creating walks), remove all of the TP in the restroom stalls, eat the last slice of pie without asking if anyone else wanted it, and tear the labels off of matresses in the bedding stores. Maybe, if I am feeling froggy at the moment, put some friggin' laser beams on Saurians foreheads while I am at it. :)

Well, Marcus' counterpart is still in charge of Kane Industries, so I'd guess he'd be his right hand man, and just be more of a d*ck than he is now...

But Romulan captains start off all being villains?

I mean I guess assassinating D'Tan and taking his place would elevate you to Big Bad status but there honestly wouldn't be that big a difference.

Mirror Alyosha is so horrifying to contemplate that I refuse to write him. From what little I know, he is a remorseless assassination tool, a sort of Emperor's Hand, to use the Star Wars term. :( You will not see or hear any more than that even if you ask.

Mirror Berat is likely along the lines of Gul Madred...basically a sadistic torturer who uses the totalitarian regime for power--and given the power the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance has, it's likely he has a serious human body count. Again I refuse to depict the sadism onscreen though I cannot 100% rule out a reference should an MU story strike me (though likely it will not).

On a lighter note, I am sure that during the Dominion War, someone considered Berat a Big Bad, as he rebelled against the Dominion and against oppression. ;)

      Ouch.

I prefer casting Mirror people as perversions of their Prime counterparts, myself. Like, Mirror Kira's a creepy sexual predator and tyrant, and Mirror Spock is cold, vicious logic applied to evil. I have Mirror Omek'ti'kallan as the nightmare that Prime Omek has nightmares about; something that is completely and utterly opposed to every one of the Laws of Odo'Ital, something that exists to destroy everything sentient creature simply for having the capacity for belief.

Mirror Rachel is the vicious, psychotic monster without free will that Prime Rachel is terrified of becoming; a bloodthirsty thing that kills its own soldiers to slake its thirst and hunger.

Mirror D'trel...well, let's just say that Mirror D'trel had none of the bad things that Prime D'trel had happen to her--Mirror D'trel didn't lose her Adani to Hakeev, she was the one who did that stuff.

I was inspired to see the MU that way by a fan hypothesis on the 17th Shard forums about the Heralds, from Brandon Sanderson's Stormlight Archive series. Long story. :D

Mirror Renee is something like the late Citizen Admiral McQueen.

Charismatic, excellent officer, but almost too clever for her own good.

I didn't read what this is about, but I am evil now. Ok.

Maybe my test recruit character is the summ of all evil.

I wanted to name him Ian Janeway, but that would have broken every legal law, illegal law, and the whole Multiverse..

So, a normal Ferengi, then. :D

My Mirror counterpart has already appeared in a story. Due to his arrogant refusal to listen to advice from his "inferior" bridge crew, he was Borged. And these mirror Borg decided to leave just enough of him in there to understand everything they were making him do...

My suddenly-evil characters would use that Borg Temporal Node they got in the Specters arc to warp back to TOS era and start an empire with their t5/6 ship.

Their First officer would naturally follow them back via light-speed breakaway in a hand me down t4/5 ship to stop them.

EDIT: Seifer as evil would buy cars for everyone, knowing that cars are useless in space.

Strangely enough, Kaylee would be exactly the same as she is now, just working for different people instead of the MACOs. :D

As for her mirror self, she's actually nicer than her prime self. Something about opposites...

Okay... As Kay is a Betazoid and thus finds it almost impossible to be evil due to suffering anything she inflicts on anyone else... We'll go with her sister who would likely use her Klingon heritage (on her mother's side) to defect to the empire, but not before flying her ship to ESD in a perfectly normal manner and putting a knife in Admiral Quinn's neck. At which point she would demand the loyalty of every Starfleet officer in the system and slowly spread her influence across the Federation from there.

She'd be the greatest 'servant' of the empire since Kahless himself!
