    can you imagine if it was like a year or 2 ago, and something like command and pilot station powers suddenly just dropped on our laps, and they weren't gated all to hell and all our ships could use them?

    the sear volume of discussion that would go on in this section would have crashed the server. but now, when only a fraction still come around here, and only a fraction of those actually play, there's no one left to care.

    I think I know what you mean. In the past, smaller changes sparked more feedback. PvP-related comments regarding the new spec stuff and the new juicy bridge officer abilities are somewhat restrained, which is kind of sad if you think about the potential of the abilities.

    Is there a point in getting worked up about it. Its going to happen no matter what.... and who cares anyway. At this point people aren't even thinking "what if I come back to this" cause not many would ever come back at this point. Even if Cryptic pulled a 180 and did something amazing. I still log in now and then to STO I admit it I play space barbie. I will never however ever again touch a Cryptic game... I don't care if they where the last MMO maker and had every IP I have ever loved locked up. At that point I would stick to chess or something.

    Oh and this is off topic. All hail Hank. :)

    Just finished all the training modules.

    Still waiting on hotas. Until then 360 controller will have to do.

    Great stuff guys. Yea the demand is higher than the supply for the hotas atm due to the amount of active ED players + increasing numbers of folks jumping into the game so the shipment takes some time around 1-2 weeks more or less but don't worry about it: You will get it in any case.

    As soon as you are ready for action just hit me up, I've got some nice spare of starting capital for all of you with the purpose to accelerate your progress thus you are able to multiply your earnings by your own effort. It is alittle bit difficult to do so with the tiny sidewinder as the startership lol (the spacecraft you utilized in the tutorial) ;)

    Nice Hannibal.

    I'd actually be ok just playing with the 360 controller if I could adjust the sensitivity a bit on the thumb sticks. I got piloting down ok, but always under or over shoot my target reticle when firing due to the sensitivity. I mean. I barely touch the thing and it jumps a bunch.

    Anyways, I should be on ts a bit soon for some pointers.
