Accolade BUG- Omega force Operative

This is an old bug that won't go away, it won't release the accolade even though all 3 items in the Omega Force Operative are checked off as done and i have all 3 items. I also have the costume to go with it and its showing as not completed along with the Maco costume that i also have. I wish someone would take the time to dix these issues..whats the point of having accolades if they won't release when the projects completed

    I think the game has a place where you can talk to a guy and it will force a check that you have the items. Try the omega rep on DS9.

    Aye, i had the same problem with the honor guard be'ves costume piece on my kdf. I had to regrind the set in order to to get the costume piece. It gave me a new accolade identical to the old one. I now have two honor guard elite accolades. The guy on DS9 is actually a woman. CMDR Roxy, she's in the old omega force room next to the entry to the shipyard. Go there and it might help it might not.
