Proposed Azure Nebula Rescue Advanced Tactic: Save One Falchion for Later.

While I think the direction the new optional objectives for Azure Nebula Advanced are a step in the right direction. But then again I think we can all agree that the completely luck based success or failure of the optionals is pure bull puckey.
So I am proposing a simple tactic to maximize the chances of getting the second optional, with one simple tactic:
Save one falchion for later.
If you get one falchion spawn in between the bonus times, do not rescue it until the second bonus timer begins.
A falchion is a big chunk of points and is often the determining factor in getting an opt. Increasing the likely hood of getting a falchion for the second timer will greatly increase your odds of getting the opt.
The best part is, that this tactic is pug proof. Most people who are unable or unwilling to follow along will not have the DPS or the tactics to rescue a falchion on their own or in small groups. So just don't destroy the tarantula and problem solved.
This won't guarantee that you will even get a falchion, nor that you'll be able to get the remaining 5 points. But it should shift the odds closer to your favor.

Additionally, the 40-60 second respawn times need to be shortened. In this case being a DPS king only leads to "hurry up and wait" situations, while on the other end of the spectrum, being horrible at DPS or being an Engineer leads to slow kills followed by a long wait.
