Product Registration Key

ok i installed startrek online last night this morning i uninstalled it after i had problems engaging earlier now when i tried to re install it says enter registration key i enter it but then it says its already active what do i do now ?????????????? can someone help me out thanx

    your registration key is already applied to your account, you don't need to enter it again, its just standard for the installation to open up to the webpage for the key, you can log in to the game normally

    make sure after you log into the game you let it patch, this could take a few minutes because it is a new installation, after its finished you can then start the game

    ok so if it pops up again and says enter your registration key what do i do because right now its on the startrek online setup

    just close it, the installation will complete no matter what, it only brings you to a website, it doesn't affect the installation in any way

    Hello,

    I am hoping someone is familiar with this situation: I've been playing STO, not subscribed, for a few months now & I picked-up a retail boxed version of STO cheap. From what I understand, hopefully correctly, the boxed version product registration key will five me 30 days of subscribed play with the perks that accompany that. However, every time I attempt to apply the product registration key it states something that it cannot accept because of cookies need to be enabled. My cookies are enabled though so I am at a lost. Anyone with any suggestions about how to approach & fix this? Thanks in advance to any that help.

    I was wondering too how do I apply my Product Registration Key using the key code given from the boxed retail version?

    It keeps giving me blah blah blah need cookies enabled ... which they are & I am also using Windows Explorer so what should I do?

    Thanks in advance with anyone that knows how to fix this issue.
