Character Copy Page Link Broken?

When I try and access the character copy page, I get an error page that says:

An error occurred during a connection to www.arcgames.com.

Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s).

(Error code: ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap)

Anyone else having this problem?

    UPDATE:

    Using Internet Explorer I was able to access the page. Using Pale Moon (FireFox) I cannot access the character copy page or any other arc account services.

    But the real question is, why is arcgames.com using such an insecure cypher for the SSL connection :confused:

    Accessing the Character Transfer page through My Account I receive the following message:


    Please click 'Sign Up!' below to gain access to the Public Test Server.

    In an effort to ensure that our games provide the best possible experience for their players, we allow a small group of dedicated users to view and provide feedback on upcoming content to help us improve the content before we release it to the masses.

    If you are interested in providing critical feedback in the development process, click on the Sign Up button below!


    I click Sign Up and am told:


    Your account could not be activated for character transfer.


    Is it broken or is it meant to be like this?




    Looks like the Shard Maintenance fixed this. The character I tried to copy hasn't shown up yet but that's another problem...

    I'm not having any trouble accessing the page or making a copy, but none of my recent requests for copies to Tribble have worked. I still don't get an option to copy to Redshirt, either.

    there is something going on over there at PWE and we are being left in the dark.

    It looks like any characters that are over level 50 are not able to transfer to the tribble shard

    email messages containing secret PIN's from ARC defender are not being sent.

    clicking the button on the support page to open a support ticket closes the web browser.
    Star Treking, across the universe. Only going forward because we can't find reverse...
