Remove Mastery tab after reaching max level?

Just a feed back on the mastery tab, it honest serves no purpose and in the way, especially when it's the FIRST tab everytime you open up your ship tab. Either place it somewhere out of the way, or put it on th last tab. I mean honestly, no one really is going to do anything in that tab anyway.

    The Loadouts tab is the only one in that panel that you can "do anything" in, the other tabs are information displays.

    The loadouts is a simple list, it could use a nicer layout.
    The information blob is too compact, again layout.
