"Live" folder?

I've been trying to follow instructions on how to bind bridge officer abilities to the spacebar, but there's one thing I keep getting stuck on: I can't find the "live" folder. I searched for STO and clicked "Open file location," which takes me right to where I need to be, but I can't find what I'm looking for! Am I missing something?

    C:\Users\Public\Games\Cryptic Studios\Star Trek Online\Live is the location, but you will need a bind file.
