Parliamentary Klingon Empire

Formerly the Parliamentary Canadian Empire, but we are opening our fleet to all members.

We are a casual based fleet looking for members who are simply looking for a place to hang their hat. We do not have any commitment requirements whatsoever and are looking for people who simply just want to have fun, either on their own, or with other people when they are online. Anyone who joins is a permanent member with full access to the fleet bank, provisions, and the whatnot.

The only ask? No Jerks.

With that said, our Starbase is currently at Tier 2 and we are working towards Tier 3 completion on TAC, SCI, and ENG.

Other additions:
- Shutters Open
- Engineering, Science, and Tac officers added.

We hope to have forum space for this fleet in the near future.

    Bump!!! Fleet has gone a little stale with the Royal Federation Mounted Starfleet taking off, but we are still looking for casual members.

    Tier 3 Science completed. Now building Comm relay. Tier 3 Starbase is next.

    Comm Relay is up. Now working on Tier 3 Starbase.
