Elite Fleet Plasma Weapons

We dont even need a brand new type of fleet starbase, just make it avalible to just ROM toons at their designated starbase. And i want some

    You are better off with corrosive plasma or Rom plasma. Fleet weapons use the x2 dmg mod and dmg is quite possibly the weakest mod. A blue corrosive plasma with x 2 crtd would be better than that.

    ^This you'd be better off crafting your own, getting the Romulan Rep ones, or the Corrosive off the exchange/lockboxes.

    Upgrading Romulan Plasma is an expensive venture compared to crafted/standard Plasma.
