Unable to authenticate

Hi Sir, :D

I'm sorry I Don't Know where to Report it otherwise, but I'm Getting "Unable to authenticate" on My Main account, aswell as on My 2nd Account @Allfather777.

Could it be too much trouble to help Me out a little please ? :)

    I was online after this morning's patch, then got disconnected a few minutes ago. It just keeps saying, "Unable to connect. Connection to account server timed out." ever since. Naturally, we can't expect a response on any ticket for days (at least), and no resolution ever comes with a response anyway, so does anyone know how to fix this? I checked with other fleet members via txt, and they are still in the game with no issues.

    Now I Can Log in, but the AI can't seem to Retrieve My Characters !

    Or is this because the Accountserver is down ?? :)
