PW put out something that they're changing their banking wallet etc etc...

give me a bit and I'll see if I can find the word and edit and put the link in here

here it is from Champions Online... but it applies to all

    http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/champions-online/news/detail/9082153-wallet-shutdown-announcement

Not sure if that matters to you or not or if it's the cause of your problems... but it may be

Does this mean that doing surveys no longer valid? If that is case, why still advertise it at the top of their forums.

It's a shame though, oh well, back to dil grinding then!!

According to the announcement it gets automatically transferred to STO.

My understanding is that it all goes in a new wallet, which is part of Arc and under construction. Once its working, then you'll be able to transfer it to whichever game.

EDIT: Looks like its already up and running, though the Zen transfer amounts are in Euro's, not Zen for some reason, and you can't transfer the whole lot in one go.

Unless I'm going blind, but where do you go to transfer existing zen as it still says under maintenance?

I'm in the Arc client at the moment, went to Charge, 'purchase history' button at the top-right of the page, then there's a transfer button at the top right.

Lets hope not, i'm going to start losing interest if the dil grind becomes the only way for a F2P user to earn anything even remotely worth having

The Dilithium grind has nothing to do with the Wallet. The Wallet is for people who buy Zen, not grind Dilithium and convert it to Zen.
STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

Or who watch adverts or answer questionnaires. They can be a nice quick source of Zen, and if you're fairly lucky, you can easy pocket a couple of hundred in under an hour. A lousy rate of return £/hr but if you aren't doing anything anyway...

It works, although you may not complete every survey. I have personally earned over 1k zen in a few hours a time or two. :D
