Can you customize Command Battlecruiser appearance?

I'm thinking about dropping some cash on the new ships. They are some of the best looking I've seen (beauty being in the eye of the beholder and all that).

But my Feddy is a Tac officer and I mostly like the stats of the tactical ship. However I mostly like the looks of the operations and science ships.

So, I guess what I'm asking, is can I (even if I have to buy all three as a set) customize a T6 Command Battlecruiser to have the science wings and saucer, tactical nacelles, and operations everything else?

    You have to buy a ship for the parts, but - yes - if you own all 3 command Battlecruisers - you can mix and match the parts from all 3.

    Lower Command Array: Pattern
