How to upgrade a tactical console

I can't seem to find the right tech upgrade for tactical consoles. What are they called?

    Any weapon tech upgrade will work (maybe not the projectile ones though, haven't tried them personally so not sure).

    Go to R&D tab
    Beams - any grade Tech Upgrade - Beam Technology will upgrade a Beam Console
    Cannons - any grade Tech Upgrade - Cannon Technology will upgrade a Cannon console
    Projectiles - any grade Tech Upgrade - Projectile Technology will upgrade a Projectile console
