No sun on space maps?

I've been trying to make a space map but apparently the sun isn't being drawn when I add it as a backdrop item. Also, is lighting still broken on space maps? :confused:

    what settings did you use? Some settings will produce a very small sun that's little more than a glowing speck.

    Graphics: Maxed

    Sky Layers: Stars 2, Blue Nebula 1

    Altitude: 0
    Azimuth: 100
    Distance: 15000
    Geometry, Lighting: Checked
    No shadows

    Current settings. I've tested different settings and positions, but nothing appears. :(

    Did you actually add a sun object to the sky?

    *tinkers with it for a few minutes*

    I've gone through every sun on a blank space map and still no luck. I do know that before the anniversary update hit, it worked fine.

    yeah, I've added them to maps in the past and gotten them to show up, no idea why it's not working now.

    Tacofangs suggested that there may already be a fix for this on Tribble, but as the Foundry is currently closed on Tribble, we haven't been able to verify this.

    I just checked the Tribble build and I'm seeing a sun in a space map.
