Unable to upgrade ships

I noticed since the last patch, none of my T5 ships are eligible for upgrade. Affected ships that I noticed are the Galaxy dreadnought, Fleet Advanced Escort (Prometheus), and the Escort Carrier (Akira). All three ships are upgradeable on holodeck, but there is no upgrade option for me on tribble.

previously upgraded ships are still upgraded and have their mastery levels intact.

I too have noticed this issue. Both on existing characters on Tribble before the last patch and new transfers after the patch. NO T5 is upgradable on Tribble right now.

Also experiencing this issue.

I had a ship upgrade token - no way to actually use it.
Why give them for free if we can't use them?
