More Klingon and allies ships wanted

I know this topic never comes up, but with the new strike ship why not. Another alien ship, meh, I never liked the attack ship and they weren't really a big deal in pvp. If they were, it was the captain and you'd likely get a good fight regardless of his ship. At any rate, how about a Nausicaan dreadnought, that Ravager, with 2 hangar bays and elite Garumba pet option. While I'm here I still use a Kar'Fi for my Ferasan and it could really do with a unique bridge, hahaha. That will happen. Oh and for most of the cstore ships you might just adjust the prices. I have most of them already but I think by now it would be the decent thing to do.

Unfortunately, I think the days of 'allied' ships is past. There was an effort a while back to focus on more faction-specific ships instead. To be honest, with the flood of 'alien' lockbox/promotion/event ships, that's probably a good thing.

The new CBCs effectively replace the old Orion ship line; I wouldn't be surprised if the Gorn line gets replaced by an eventual Science Vessel some day/year.

That said, I do think the KDF is in dire need of a new (Command) Carrier, Science Vessel and Raider.

I seriously doubt the KDF will receive anything worth while.

the Qib and the Mat'ha are both worthwhile

I want a T6 Bird of Prey and T6 science vessel for the KDF. That would be significantly worthwhile to me.

My KDF tac only flies BoPs and my KDF sci needs a science vessel.

I support adding more variety to both the KDF and romulan factions.
The fact remains that the arguement that there is no demand for it is circular - trekkies are equally interested in playing other STverse factions and previous ST games have done this without diminshing one side for the other.

If you don't support the factions equally you're obviously gonna have a gap leaning towards the better supported faction.

I figure if cryptic wants any of my money again they will need to release a t6 carrier for kdf. I would buy that right away. Am there is nothing that makes me want to open my wallet.

To be fair, the ships the KDF *has* had at T6 are good.

The Qib is arguably the best intel cruiser, thanks to its maneuverability and battle cloak.

The Mat'ha is a fine pure gun platform with a trait that, bizarrely, is good for Sci offense. The Phantom probably has the edge as it can slot SS3 but at least the Mat'ha can slot OSS.

The Command BCs are copypastas of their Fed counterparts - with cloaks - so probably better overall. I even like their visuals - at least with the 3 pack to support part switching.

I agree with one point though - the fact that traits are faction-unlocks pushes people to focus on one faction.

Amusing many of the promo/lockbox ship traits have synergy with the KDF exclusive traits, while not so much with the fed ones...

Course the fed ones are overall more useful in general while most of the kdf ones are pretty specific in use...

Rommies also have the same problem as KDF with their exclusives and they don't even have synergy with the lockbox/promo ships.

I do like all the T6 ships we've got so far though. The Command ships are everything I wanted the Bortas line to be. The Matha is pure beast-machine-demon-from-grethor to anyone facing it. Qib is a fine curiser in its own rights..

The one thing that would complete our line up and make almost all the KDF players very very very happy would be a T6 Bird of Prey... call it the Rotarran class if you will :)

We still live!!!!! Hahahahahahahahaa! We live and we will conquer!!!!! Hahahahahaaha!

An easy temporary stop-gap would be to re-release some of the lower tier Orion, Gorn, and Naus ships at T6 with some of the Fed-only ship traits, particularly the ones that do not have a Fleet Refit.

A new T6 Bop would be welcomed if the stats are right.

A science ship would be most welcome. Something like the D5 that was mentioned a few years back in this section. It was a well thought out ship and the D5 is an awesome looking ship. :D

I am sick of all the alien ships with superior stats over the 3 Empires ships personally

I want to see more powerful

    Klingon
    Romulan
    Federation

Ships even if it just a upgrade to a current ship to a Mk-II of that class
    Jellico....Engineer ground.....Da'val Romulan space Sci
Saphire.. Science ground......Ko'el Romulan space Tac
    Leva........Tactical ground.....Koj Romulan space Eng

JJ-Verse will never be Canon or considered Lore...It will always be JJ-Verse
