For some reason I had to find this place basically on my own. Just stumbled onto it.

And it's
these missions that made it worth going there.
If you go there, you will have to have an Environmental Suit (DO NOT FORGET TO ACTIVATE IT ONCE YOU BEAM DOWN), but if you do just some of these missions a few time, you get a much better E-Suit. I got a pretty good blue one on Saturday, then put the greens on the Exchange. Nobody seem to like them, so I put them in the Replicator.
The wiki doesn't say so, but you can get a few marks, and also a little D now, too.
There is one weird glitch, as far as I can tell. If you are doing the Scientific Sabotage mission, you need to do only that mission. If not, you might suddenly find you can no longer get the dialog box that lets you set them to self-destruct.
It's okay, going back and forth between the different mission allows the timer to catch up with the prior mission, so...
All-in-all, even the easy missions make this place worth a trip. It's just past Drozana Station in the Eta Eridani Sector Block. In fact, that's how I found it. My ship slipped right past Drozana and tried to enter the system and just beam strait to the outpost instead of flying in the system and flying to the planet.
Anyway, even if you've been on STO a bit, might be worth a quick second look.
Then again, I was in my first victorious Borg Red Alert. Total surprise to me. That Samsar did better than I thought. And I finally got that first unlock and about 1/3 towards the second unlock. So, Yeah me! Oh and thanks to all of the guys who did the heavy lifting. I may have died, twice, but a win is still a win in my book. Got an accolade out of it. :: shrug ::
but I digress...
So maybe give Nukara Prime a try.
Sig? What sig? I don't see any sig.

My STO main is Liza or Vice Admiral Elizabeth Angel Klein (level 58 Admiral currently, VA is her IC rank)
"He shall be my finest warrior, this generic man who was forced upon me.
Like a badass I shall make him look, and in the furnace of war I shall forge him.
he shall be of iron will and steely sinew.
In great armour I shall clad him and with the mightiest weapons he shall be armed.
He will be untouched by plague or disease; no sickness shall blight him.
He shall have such tactics, strategies and machines that no foe will best him in battle.
He is my answer to cryptic logic, he is the Defender of my Romulan Crew.
He is Tovan Khev... and he shall know no fear."
Hey, gradii. Yup, I keep runnin' into Champs heroes here. Just a few so far. Jonsills, Markhawkman, to name, well, two. Now you.
Before I found Nukara I thought Nimbus was the cool place to be for D. What the heck do I know. Who knows, Dyson might be my next cool hangout for D. :: shrug ::
A think I need to start mixing it up with a little Tholian Red Alert action.
if you'll be on after maintainance I'll try and hit you up for some Dyson ground battlezone. My main is an engineer, so you'll have shield generator and other defensive benefits for the battle.
Eviltaco plays STO as well, although I haven't seen him on lately.

It's now a bit busier thanks to the changes DR brought, but it's still a bit under most peoples radar, so most still don't know that you can get around 3.5K dil for 25 minutes work (depends on the zone wide).
Been a while since I last had a fresh 50 so I don't know if it still works the same way, but it used to be a case of the second you entered Eta Eridani you got a popup telling you to report to Nukara, that is usually how most find out about it.
That mission has been like that for as long as I can remember, the devices have a hidden timer on them and it can take the best part of an hour before they reset.
Best part about Nukara is you wont find many AFKers or bots there, as they usually end up face down in the dirt.
When you're there get the two medium missions and the espionage one. They are all in the same area and finish quite fast.
What you really want is a gun doing cold dmg. The cryo full auto from nukara rep is one of the best, but also the CRM 200 from the breen mission arc is very useful.
Love to see a how they'd react to an Avalanche or even a Frost Breath combined with Shatter.
Yes, but with the current Fed story line you might never go to Eta Eridana sector once 50+. It should be a galaxy-wide breadcrumb mission to get you to Nukara, not one tied to the one sector.
But yeah, you did pay attention to the Nukara rep stuff right?
Doing the missions on Nukara gives you marks that you can use toward buying gear. The crystal sword you can get from it is REALLY nice.
Oh and the Crystalline Catastrophe event is back and that gives nukara marks too.
My character Tsin'xing
Silly me, I've been grabbin' Fleets. That stops NOW!

(Sorry, Pandora joke. Nothing yet, maybe some year it will fire rocket salvos or something.)
See, this is why I gave up drinking beverages in front of my screen.
Good one, davefenestrator. It's early here and stifling that laugh had me nearly coughing out my spleen.
I thought it was intended as a later add on, for bigger jumps on low grav environments or jet pack/boots for space walk typemissions in the future. Probably just some old idle board chatter I read after a search.
Never did that before. Gonna have to slow it down. I isn't just theses missions, but between the doffs, these and the CE event I might just be . Might have to only do these weekly or bi-weekly.
Still, I'm glad folks are coming back to NP. Having other Captains around makes it a little bit easier to do some of he higher end missions, even if you don't have time to actually team, just have an extra gun on the field keep the Thols from swarming.
