Gold Subscriber

Can anyone tell me why I cannot access my Account bank (which I am supposed to get) when you are a gold subscriber in STO please. I just updated my membership from silver to gold.

Please HELP

    It might take some time for the game to realize that you have a Gold subscription.

    Because I dont even have my additional Character slot for being a paid member?

    No idea, but if you made the purchase on the weekend, then it might take until Monday for the Credit Card company to verify the purchase.

    Few possibilities:

    1. if you had multiple F2P accounts, you added the gold status to the wrong one. yes, this _does_ happen.

    2. you paid by a method that takes time to clear.

    3. You have yet to log out and log back in to force the change.

    4. There is something else at work causing a delay and you should submit a support ticket.

    Did the payment show on your card? I know I recently bought some ZEN with Paypal, it did show on Paypal however not on the history here on PWE or no ZEN available in-game. Submit a ticket, they took less than a hour to sort it out and credit me with the ZEN...

    Subbing is the most stupid thing to do in this game. It's not worth it in the longer run. Rather spend upfront a bit more and buy zen to unlock the things you want.

    Well, a subscription for just one month to unlock the services is quite good time-money-reward-wise ;)
    But you are right, for more than one month its not worth it.
