Where is the Gama Quadrant?

Is the Bajoran wormhole broke during this period of Federation history?

Or are there plans for future expansion or is that part of the ST storyline generally considered to be played out?

    The Gamma Quadrant is on the Galaxy map, but it doesn't show any available zones unlike the other Quadrants.

    The Bajoran Wormhole is not broken since we have a couple of missions inside the Wormhole and one mission in the Gamma Quadrant.

    If any Gamma Quadrant exploration is added, then it will be at some future point in time. I assume that we will go to the Gamma Quadrant after the devs are bored with the Delta Quadrant.

    Right at the top edge of the beta quadrant does not make sense to me, for the wormhole it should be there sense a story mission takes place in it. No one knows what PWE and cryptic has on their minds until they tell what they are doing with the story of STO.

    did you play the Dominion FE series? that does a good job of explaining why we don't use the wormhole.

    Short version: we made a treaty to stay out of Dominion space, and the treaty counts the area immediately on the other side of the wormhole.

    I'm sure we will visit there later. As something will come up and the Dominion could use our help or we need them.

    A Dominion treaty makes sense. The Organian Peace Treaty kept the Klingons from turning TOS into a show with a Hot War and allowed the writers to write stories to parity the Cold War.

    I have not finished the Romulan Mystery series yet. In fact, only got the first ep done. Between the Anni, the Dailies and RL, it was a bit too easy to get side tracked.

    Still can't believe that I surpassed lvl 50 just with just 30 odd eps. I repeated a handful of those for fun (A Fistful of Gorn was strangely amusing). I am almost certain that at least ten of my levels were achieved thanks to Dailies and doff stuff.

    Anyway, Treaty. Got it.
