Fleet Avenger build, am I missing anything?

Here's my build of the fleet avenger

http://skillplanner.stoacademy.com/?build=lsfleetbc_0

For the most part, it's a lot of fun killing stuff. I did notice however that only at 118 weapon level and I'm having to use EPTW a lot of the time to get the level up to 125. Am I missing any important pieces to make the weapon level go higher?

Should I take out the renegerative console? swap out a field emitter for something else?

I noticed the hull heals quite quickly but the shield hardly moves.

Thanks

Also stick with 4 tactical consoles. Don't put universal consoles in the tactical slots.

    Pretty much this..

The only real way to make your load out that much better would be to replace the Zero Point with another Locator and swap the Neutronium for a Plasmonic Leech.

As said though, the leech isn't cheap, currently runs between 35-40M on the exchange. If you do go this route, I highly recommend making sure you have points in Starship Flow Capacitors skill to take advantage of it. Especially since you won't have the console space for an Embassy Flow Console.
