Where did you find that information?

I can verify the core gets [AMP] at UR. There is a spread sheet posted in your thread that lists almost all UR mods for sets.

The attempt at sarcasm failed as both the thread and the spreadsheet list the mods at epic. Now if he got his UR mod info from somewhere else, that is another matter (hence the question).

Forgive me, I should have been more informative.

This post from the "Everything you need to know..." thread, has a link to this chart. The "Space Equipment" tab shows the UR mods to several Sets.

C'mon people, do you really read the OP before replying?

I wanted to know, what mod the core gains on EPIC.

Does it gain the [W->S] other cores get, so it would be technically a [W->S]x2 or something different?

I in fact did read your OP and understood it completely. My line of questioning was meant to get you to do a tiny bit more investigation. The answer has even been laid out before you with linked posts. If you are not willing to even take a look, I am not inclined to answer your question.

If you did the slightest amount of research to find out what you have already I suspect that you have already stumbled upon one of the many sources of the information you seek. All you need to do is look a little harder/deeper.

Can anybody confirm if the claim "all warp cores get an additional [W->S] mod at epic quality" holds true for the Dyson warp core?

Are you just annoyed because someone didn't wade through the entirety of your pet thread and notice a link buried* somewhere in your novel?

    * mostly because of the word- and screenpage-count preceding the post combined with the lack of an index/ToC

You are partly correct. I am disappointed that my efforts are not as universally useful. the ToC is a good bit of feedback, I'll make that change.

As for the [W->S] on Epic, I am 99.9% sure that is the mod you get on epic for the Dyson core. I have not seen it with my own eyes yet, but that is the commonly agreed result and Cryptic has said they wanted a predetermined result for Epic mods so people would know what they were working towards (even though they never specifically told us what it would be). If you get something as useless as a [Ac/Dm] mod on all Mines, you can pretty much guarantee a [W->S] on all Cores.

Yes. Epic Warp Cores all get W-S or W-S x2 depending on the type of core. But the fact is there is a bug and they don't give said stats and remain as UR. Cryptic knows the issue since November but has not fixed it yet.

Good luck... I am still waiting

...so the [Amp] bug for upgraded Warp Cores has not been fixed yet? Seriously?!?!?

From what I understand, the Epic is bugged. Stats stay as UR... so you only get AMP and nothing is added at Epic even if the mods are listed.
