JHSS threads...

...being closed like mad. Because why deal with an issue when you can pretend it's not there!

    I've seen one closed so far - without explanation - I'm sure the one I started will be next.

    I've seen a few closed now, my guess is that they're trying to minimize the number of active threads (there's been between 10 and 20 opened by now that I've seen), and I'd assume they're PM'ing OP's about why. At least I'd assume so.

    there's a few and some are even closed without the icon locked on the forum page... what gives with this being killed? usually the mods tell you.

    Not sure why they are closed. Usually if there are too many they merge the threads instead of closing them. The numbers of threads have increased I believe due to them closing them.

    Don't know why they are being closed. The amount of whine has been quite entertaining.

    Yes lets keep pretending as if there needs to be 20 JHSS threads active at once. Or that inflammatory Titles and posts through out these threads dont violate ToS and justify them being closed.

    Nope everyones angry and that means the rules dont apply to them.

    So what justifies lying to your customer base and not even attempting to have an excuse for it?

    Not even Cryptic saying they would, and for free? If they lie about this and get away hands clean, what will they do next? Eventually they'll do something that affects you, then we'll chat again.

    Ummm lol wut? Showing a lack of understanding here. It doesn't bother me personally, but they did advertise that the JHAS would get upgraded to T6 capabilities. While it is T5U, it doesn't have the capability of the trait nor the seating.

    I don't think it was deliberate, they just made a mistake.

    They closed down the other threads for being duplicate of duplicates...also a loud mouth pvper (lagger indstries) who always threatened to leave for the 100 times..threathened again to leave (no I quit threads).

    Plus there was an insanely bad thread targeting PWE employees for closing down threads...ALL well deserved to be closed IMO. I have seen bad but at times people can't forget this is just a "game" NOT reality. At least some mods just doing their jobs and no conspiracy theory that I can see from reading those closed threads.

    Best to keep disagreement civil and thru proper channels and still hope they will resolve the upgrade issue with the JHAS. Why they keep pissing off playerbase beyond comprehension...some lose it really badly but better to keep things in perspective.

    I saw one earlier this evening where the OP posted the physical address of Cryptic and then made a bomb threat. Not only should such be closed, the person making such across the Internet should have legal action taken against him immediately. As in arrest and prosecution. Were I in charge, this would messy, public and as brutal as possible. pour encourager les autres. And I would pass the offender's name around to other MMO's to make sure they were aware of his activities and could take steps accordingly if they chose to do so.

    Most of the brou-ha-ha over the JHSS can be attributed to selective perception. Some players only read or heard what they wanted to. Not what was spoken or written. Which is far too typical of the Internet in general.

    Have others already pointed out that the threads are most likely being closed because we simply don't need 50,000 threads on the same topic?
