Ship Tailor broken on Tribble

On the Tribble server - the ship tailor interface is out of scale so you can't interact with any of the controls. The ship itself appears in the bottom right corner of the screen. This only appears on Tribble and on all of my characters.

    I think this may be linked to the ships which haven't been scaled for sector space yet.

    When I first went to the ship tailor I had my D'kyr and it looked fine, then I switch to my Wells class and it was messed up, now it appears to have broken a few menus not just the tailor. Even switching back to the D'kyr didn't fix it.

    For example, after going to the character selection screen from using the tailor I was met with this;

    Join date is wrong, I've actually been around since STO Beta.
    True alters don't have a "main". Account wide unlocks for all unique event rewards!!

    That image seems to be a view-port overlay issue. I'm thinking the upper left anchor is a "+=" instead of an "=".

    I meant to come back and add to my post that on another test it turns out it wasn't limited to certain ships. It just didn't seem to happen the first time I visited the ship tailor, but no matter what ship I had at the time a second visit always resulted in this happening and then you have to force close the game to get it to revert.
