4th power tray showing?

I have seen some Youtube STO videos where people have a 4th power tray showing (usually down the right of the screen), How did they do this?

(I can't find the option to show more that 3 trays)

    Easy enough. On a space map, Hit F12 or ESC and Rearrange HUD on the Game Menu. On the Big Personal Tray window click the New button. That will open up the second power tray window that you can use. And then hit Esc to save your changes and exit.

    pro-tip: you can have even 5 trays by using the above. ;)

    Too bad fitting the vertical tray on the screen is so clumsy. It inevitably ends up either overlapping something or sticking awkwardly in the middle. I'd rather take a second horizontal tray.

    TY @lordfuzun for that helpful 'walkthrough' and finally figured out how to get the 5 tray.

    But the irritating trouble I am having, unless I missed it in the UI/HUD options menu, (and it drives me batty having long all these horizontal/vertical hotbars)...is there a way to "box' them up as say in a 3x4 (12 hotkeys) square and/or can I even reduce the said box to say 3x3?

    (edit) also does/will the game support a different add-on/overlay from i.e. "Curse" that will modify the UI to something a little more easy on the eyes?

    The vertical tray has a button to expand it to 2 or 3 rows, just like the normal one. So you can have 3x2=6 rows.
