Where can i get them? I heard adventure zone but not got one

    I heard reading patch notes helps.

    You need to do the missions:

    At the gates
    The last stand

    You can also get them from the advanced and elite Delta PVE's, and occasionally as a lucky drop from the boxes you get from reputation projects.

    ^this, but seriously... the last 2 missions in the "story" for the BZ are the only ones
