What should I buy? I have the money to buy either Galaxy pack, the federation battle cruiser pack, the romulan battle cruiser pack, one of the first two romulan republic t6 or the guardian ship which is also t6, Not sure what should I buy for my Klingon toon. Give me some advice
i think the command ships are ok , allsow guardian , but dont get the guardian till they add a T6 fleet version of it. so i'd say to get the command tactical BC.

No, no it does not suck. I bought the Galaxy Pack when the Gal-X was "redone" and it has been a fun ship to fly. I did upgrade it to Fleet T5-U, but with the sale on, you get the Upgrade for free. It not only "holds up" in any of the PvE content, I actually prefer it over everything but my latest aquisition (and the jury is still out on that...) It has good survivability, can load beams and/or cannons, and with the Galaxy Console Set Bonus, has a turn rate that can bring those cannons to bear in most any fight. Hangar pets plus the saucer are nice too, but coming out of cloak, pinning down your opponent with a Tractor Beam, and Lancing them! Now, that's FUN!!
That said, I just yesterday got the Fed Command BC 3-Pack. Got the Zen on sale, and then the ship, too! I leveled the Eng version to T5 last night, am moving on to the Sci and plan on flying the Tac version on a regular basis. Having only flown the first one, I'll say what I told a Fleetmate when they asked last night: "It's quite OP!! " I'll certainly use the "All Hands on Deck" trait, but I might actually fly the ship on a regular basis. Like I said before, jury's still out.
I think, perhaps, I'm happier about my other purchase, made possible with the ship sale: an Exeter Class cruiser: the U.S.S. Boston, NCC-193103. Mr. Nimoy was born in Boston, March (03) 1931. The Boston is skinned, of course in TMP skin, of course.
OP, exactly how much Zen do you have? If you have enough to buy the new 3-Pack, you have enough to buy a couple Intel ships, one each for 2 factions. Do you play the other alts enough to make that a worthy choice? How many Ship Traits do you have so far? The advantage of the 3-Pack is lost if you aren't going to use traits and/or the console set...

Try searching the Shipyards for more info if this subforum didn't help. There a few threads in both subforums if you look. If your funds are low, you'd be better of in the free Kobali ship for now.
I bought the Galaxy pack when it was on sell after they reworked it. It does not suck, unless you are looking for a certain play style. However you have to use the ship and take it way it was designed to do. I use both the Galaxy and Galaxy Dread in my line up. I love using them and they hold up very well. But it all goes back to what you want to do.
There is a lot of ships you can pick and use. First find out your type of playing style. Then go from there. Unless your feeling adventurous.

On ground I play as the career I choose for my character but in space my engineer toon is more like a tank play style with some sprinkle of tactical on top, so it's tank tactical for space. The other toons I kind of have then abandoned at the moment.
My Fed Engineer flies the Guardian pretty good ship. Currently using the Mk XI retro phasers for fun while I am crafting weapons for it.
My KDF Tactical flies the T5u B'rel BoP Retrofit. I have access to the T6 Mat'ha raptor since I bought the DR Ops pack... but I am extremely reluctant to leave my BoP. The Mat'ha is a very good ship and some even call it a flying gun.
Romulan Scientist... I have a Rom scientist... I don't know what to say other than your captain is kinda screwed if you are considering a pure science ship... especially if allied with the Federation. The Romulans do not any science ships other than the T5 Ha'nom, T5 Fleet Ha'nom and the Advanced Dyson Science Destroyers. Those are your only choices if you are looking for a Romulan starship that will give you a Cmdr and Lt Cmdr science Boff stations.
The singularity core gives your ship singularity abilities, but at the cost of -40 power points. For a Rom Engineer or Tactical captain, it is manageable (especially for an engineer). However, for a scientist... yeah, you are kinda screwed. Science abilities needs power in Aux subsystems to be effective; the more power you dump in there, the more effective your abilities can be. However, you also need power in weapons because with the change made with Delta Rising the game has turned into a DPS race.
A Plamonic Leech is a nice console to have because when firing energy weapons at your enemies you drain some power from your enemies and it gets transferred to your ship which is why it is a nice console to have on any ship. For a Romulan scientist flying a Romulan ship I would say this is a mandatory console that you must have to compensate for the -40 power. If your Romulan toon is aligned with the KDF then all you need to do is buy the T3 Vandal ship and claim the Plasmonic Leech. If you are allied with the Federation, then you must purchase it from the Exchange for around 40 million EC last time I've checked.
If you don't really care about getting a science ship for your toon, meaning you can live with a Lt Cmdr science Boff station, then the T5 Tulwar ("science" version of the Scimitar) is an option. The "Scimitar ships" were considered OP before Delta Rising and they are still considered to be very powerful now.
My Rom science captain is currently flying the T6 Breen Carrier from the 2014 Winter Event because it has a Cmdr science Boff station. However, I purchased the T5 Temporal Science Vessel from the Exchange for about 145 million EC. Since it is a lock box ship I can upgrade it to T5u once I get around to unboxing it. These ships have warp cores so I do not have to deal with the power penalty of singularity cores.
So it's going to be hard for my rom science toon, well I decided not to buy anything at this moment I'll just stay with the sovereign and the samsar which I just got max on the master level thing.
Overall, the Kobali Samsar cruiser seems to be a pretty decent ship; I have not flown it on any of my toons yet. Since it has a Lt Cmdr science station it means your Rom scientist can fly the ship and at least be able to use a Lt Cmdr ability like Gravity Well 1.
The Delta Pack could make sense if you keep saving up for awhile, especially if you plan to create more alts later - 9 T6 ships, though unfortunately no T6 science for Rom or KDF
Did you get the Breen carrier for your Rom during the Winter event? It's a science carrier that is fun to fly.
The Mat'Ha is a great tactical ship for KDF. Less flimsy than the fed and rom Delta escort-types, and with the 5 front weapon design that melts your enemies.
The fed intel cruiser doesn't look very Starfleet-like but is a good ship.
Well, Tank-Tac with the Galaxy will work. The Galaxy-X (Dreadnaught) is probably better for that, but I'm not sure.
The Galaxy will tank better than it tacs, in general, so if you want to be able to weather pretty much anything in a fight, it is a great ship. It's not as good at killing things.

I have 5000 zen but we'll be 5100 in an hour or so.
