  Fleet versions too please.. at every stage... along with the shipyard, gate, science thing... and... the other thing.

  We do have Deep Space K-7. Could use that (perhaps with some judicious kitbashing of other station pieces) to represent a starbase built in the 23rd century.

  There is a huge space facility asset for the Federation (it looks at least as big as ESD), but IIRC it's actually called a satellite in the asset list. You might want to give that a try.
