Suppression Barrage III BUFFING enemy Accuracy!

Suppression Barrage is supposed to place a debuff of -100% accuracy on the enemy.
Instead, it clearly shows that when hit by it, accuracy INCREASES, in the tooltip, of +100%.
See it below, when I'm getting hit by Suppression the Accuracy percentage increases by 100, when I'm not it decreases by 100.

EDIT: I did some parsing. Turns out accuracy doesn't change at all for the enemy. While Anderson was under suppression, he had even slightly higher accuracy.
proof:

Have a look at "misses", you can clearly see Suppression is not working on that regard.

The ability itself is probably the best one of all Command powers, but it needs to be fixed ASAP.
Would be cool to have a post or something from bort or someone from QA, just to say "we heard you, fix coming through".
No need to get pushy. Most of us weren't awake when you posted this thread.
If it's as easy a fix as it seems, shouldn't take long to repair. But, we'll see. Never know what you might find once you start digging around under the hood.

Sorry if I was a bit pushy, but I like Command enough that I was quite fed up when I discovered this. Kinda nullified my cannon Presidio.
On a side note, not sure if the following is true so take it with a grain of salt.
Yesterday before the patch, a friend told me of how "Suppression barrage; yeah I was hit by it while on my Contortrix. Should have moved out of range of that battlecruiser, I wasn't nor moving, nor dealing damage, and missing a lot".
I discovered the bug after the patch, it may have something to do with it? From notes I saw you guys were indeed tweaking with Command ships.
ps. while you're at it, have a look at Emergency Power to Engines FX on the Presidio, it doesn't follow the nacelles in length, but goes outwards.
