Fleet Embassy Boff Stacking

Is this possible? Can I use more than one blue tactical Romulan Boffs on my crew at any one time?

And does the Crit bonus still stack well?

    Yes and yes.

    Now imagine if you were Romulan Republic. You can have an entire bridge crew with Superior Romulan Operative, all stacking trait buffs. The +defense from Subterfuge/Superior Subterfuge stacks also.

    And this is why Roms are OP. And this is why we need a boff Trait system.

    We'll make them equal in traits, when all factions are equal in everything, till than the Roms are right to have that notch up, for being what they are and, having what little they do.
