  Lot of people were wondering about that... I mean... We get a bo or doff for every second npc we meet in the romulan story, but for the one we kept searching for that long we only get a short dialog which is kind of easy to miss anyway...

  This one does come up every so often, and I have to say that I agree. Doesn't matter which career path she is, would just be nice to have Rinna there too, after all that effort. That storyline ended too abruptly, really

  Thovan actually says she is a pilot. That would make her a tac officers as bo or an actual pilot as doff.

  I just grabbed a random boff, made her look like the character, and gave her the right name.
