I want to setup a keybind for multiple uses of a certain key on ground. But I've never done it before and although I've read a few guides, I'm still in over my head. All the <***> is confusing me.

Can anyone direct me to examples of keybinds for ground and descriptions of what they do. I think that would really help my understanding.

Thanks
Jeff:)

I think you can bind only one function to a key unless one is ground and one space, unless you are talking about using modifiers like "Alt+A".

    Maybe you can clarify.

You can configure a key to have multiple actions, but you will need to use a bind file, as the GUI interface only allows one action per keystroke.

There is a Player Guide for keybinds here.

    Here you go.

You have 10 action bars. You can only have 3 visible, but you can use 10, 100 keys at your disposal, 100 keybinds.

The first bar is 0, zero, the next one above it is 1, so they are counted 0 to 9, 10 bars.

The first slot is 0, the next to the right is 1, last one is 9. 10 slots, 0 to 9.

Her is an example of a keybind I use

    4 "+STOTrayExecByTray 0 3 $$ +STOTrayExecByTray 3 0 $$ +STOTrayExecByTray 3 1 $$ +STOTrayExecByTray 3 2 $$ +STOTrayExecByTray 3 3 $$ +STOTrayExecByTray 3 4 $$ +STOTrayExecByTray 3 5 $$ +STOTrayExecByTray 3 6 $$ +STOTrayExecByTray 3 7 $$ +STOTrayExecByTray 3 8 $$ +STOTrayExecByTray 3 9"

It says, key 4 from my keyboard is bound to tray slot 0 3, the 4th slot of action bar #1, the lowest. This is normal, but it is also bound to slot 3 0. That is the first slot on bar #4. It also activates slot 3 1, that is the second slot on bar # 4, etc.

So when I press 4 on my keyboard, it activates slot 4, but it also activates each slot in bar #4. How does that work. Pay attention here, you have to press key 4 to activate each abillity in those slots. You cycle through it. Empty slots and abillities on cooldown are negated.

It is not uncomplicated stuff, but once you know how it works it is a very nice system and you only have to set it up once.
