AMP on crafted singularity cores

I read somewhere that crafted singularity cores could get AMP. Is this true? Or is it just for fleet cores + some of the Rep cores

    I doubt it, but since they only bind-on-equip, you could check the Exchange to see if anyone is selling any with that mod. It very likely would be random on upgrade to UR or Epic if they can have the mod.

    Nevermind, it seems this has been changed since the last time I tested. The core that I tested on originally has lost it's AMP proc, replaced by nothing.
