Launch of the U.S.S. PENDRAGON
Duration: 1m11s
Brand new ship leaving Dry Dock for the first time... the ensign at the helm might have been a bit too excited.
Shaking Down the Presidio
Duration: 24m46s
A quick look at the ship, an initial DPS build, different shield visuals, and then into FFA and GMF for a shakedown.
Build can be found by following the "Shaking Down" video link; in the notes.

And you're good at pushing the boundaries of a ship's performance, but it looks like a pretty average tac-focused cruiser overall.
Performance wise it is pretty much like you said: average tac focused cruiser. actually a little above average.
About the same performance curve as a Benthan but has Hangar pets... also when(IF) inspiration charges up it gets a very nice +33% damage/no weapon drain for 15s; that's a TRIBBLE shoot however.
It seriously out performs the Samsar, but lags behind both the Sheshar(5/3, OSS3) and the Astika(5/3, Assault Console).
It does look pretty and is fun to fly though, so it's got that going for it.
I'm loving the trait for my Dauntless though. Just cracked 40k with double the sensor scans and a more diverse sci boff layout.
If I could, I would pay 3k Zen just to put the look of the Operations Command ship on my Guardian. Outside of the appearance, these ships are very run of the mill and disappointing in my opinion.
Great video though, showing all the shield visuals was a really great touch.
You seem to have 28.5% resists across the board, though (with nothing active, and no armor mods). Did you max out Hull Plating and Armor Reinforcements?!
I'm not overly impressed with most of the Command Spec and Command Powers in general. However Needs of the Many is very nice for ISA: hit it right before the first cube pops and instant GDF.
The shield visuals thing is the only gimmick i have for the vids really. I'm not about making reviews, for that i recommend MyBalkanGaming's videos. These videos are more for showing off the ships: "Hey look at the shiney!"
3 points in both and 3 points in Threat Control, plus the ship's masteries. If you look in the video discription there are links for the ship build that include my skill tree.
Ah yes, Threat Control, completely forgot. Thx.
When I heard about "All Hands on Deck" it sounded like another version of Reciprocity however the added captain cool down bonus makes me wonder if it would be outright worth the money just for the trait. It would not be the first time one of these ships have come by where the trait is really the best pro, like the sheshar (imo), or hell even the Phantom.
I really do like the way you present these ships and especially the combat sections of your videos because it shows the potential capability they possess in the right circumstances.
The only thing I would ask is get an aegis shield for visuals lol.
I just picked up a cheap Aegis shield for use in future videos. It's to late to add it to this video but you should be seeing it in the next one.
Awesome. It has some pretty cool designs on some ships, really wished they would implement a cosmetic slot for shields, deflectors, and engines.
Ya, I have gone into "target : Astika" mode after watching sarcasmdetector's video ... the one in ANRA with Smetana's soundtrack, not the "learning to park" one, eh? :P ;-)
For a funny coincidence, I've ended up together with him and his Presidio in a VCE, my penultimate STF before unlocking the supremacy trait ( the last one was Vault Ensnared Elite, successfully achieved together with Mr. Moody and some other folk from the channels ).
I am going to watch this video soon, when I am free ... and I'll probably go into " target : Vastam" mode
Shame that on some ships the shield does not stand out quite as good.
Do you think that the trait would be worthwhile for engs and scis as well who are running tac heavy builds?
