Omega Upgrades Fixed???

So I read about a week ago that these items were bugged and not giving the correct boost (x2) instead of the (x4) boost..

I can't find the thread that the dev posted in telling us they were aware of this..

So before I use them I really would like to know if they have been fixed yet???

Can someone help me please..

    They weren't broken in the first place, The UI just wasn't displaying them correctly.
