Returning player with a question

I haven't played in a really long time and read recently that the tutorial had voice acting now. I was wondering, does the voice acting stop after the tutorial and you have to read through Episode story dialogue or does the whole game have voice acting now? I'm asking this because I was thinking of starting a fresh character.

    Alot of the older mission content is still text only, with the occasional break for guest start, Denise Crosby in the Romulan Mission arc. After Borg, though, most of them have voice acting for most of it. All the new Feature episodes from Sphere of Influence onwards has voice acting of major STO characters and guest stars from Star Trek Alum.

    Alot of the standard missions and patrols from lvl 50-60 in the Delta Quadrant has voice acting from most of the Voyager cast.

    However, it is doubtful that you could have Voice acting ALL the time in this game, as it would be hard to have unique boffs fit their voice.

    As for starting over, If you have been gone for more than a year, I would roll a new toon anyways just to get the ropes again. Keep your old toon. However, go through the content; and more importantly, the tutorials, over again to catch you up,
